Resilient leaders seem to have the ability to harness some intangible quality that enables them to persist through tough times.Ìý Such leaders are able to call on their resilience when life factors completely alter their circumstances. It is the intersection of these qualities that are of interest in these sessions.

Complete all six sessions and earn a certificate.

What does it take to be a resilient leader in a post-COVID environment? How can you help your team become more resilient? What are the benefits of resiliency? Every leader has setbacks, this session provides advice on how you can rebound from them, how your leadership can be enhanced by resiliency and how resiliency can be improved for your team.
