Rebecca Olsen specializes in Healthcare Quality, Patient Experience, Pediatric Healthcare Quality and Health Service Delivery.

Research: (1) Social and Behavioral Change - Health Promotion, Social Marketing, Program Development, Execution, and Evaluation; (2) Quality Improvement - Performance Measurement and Evaluation, Organizational Change, Leadership/Staff Development; (3) Healthcare - Patient/Staff Satisfaction, Access/Utilization, Outcomes

Professional and Community Activities

Olsen has been serving as a PI for BayCare, Pediatric Trauma and Surgical Center for the past three years, focusing on pediatric healthcare delivery. She is also an active member with Pediatric Trauma Society, the Medical Care Section of American Public Health Association, the Florida Association of Healthcare Quality and Multi-State Healthcare Quality Collaborative.

She also serves as a Manuscript Reviewer for: American Public Health Association - Medical Care; Journal for Child Science; Medical Care; American Journal of Biomedical Science & Research; Research in Pediatrics and Neonatology and The Open Public Health Journal.
