There is also strong foundational preparation for further study at the graduate level. The curriculum is built around the concepts of brain-compatible dance education, as developed byÌý. Courses include dance technique, a series of pedagogy courses, choreography, dance history, dance in world cultures, anatomy and kinesiology, and technical theatre as part of a well-balanced liberal arts curriculum. A required capstone course integrates acquired skills and experiences into a culminating project that emphasizes the practical application of what each student has gained as a result of learning experiences within the program. The program also provides opportunities for internships within the Tampa Bay community.
All audition material should be submitted using your SpartanStart Portal (you will receive access to your SpartanStart Portal once you apply to СÓÅÊÓƵ).
