Facilities Management offers a wide range of services in-house to operate, maintain, clean and assist faculty, staff and students at СÓÅÊÓƵ. We have procedures in place to provide immediate assistance when necessary and to document and track all work orders when placed through facilities dispatch. Regular business operating hours are Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Facilities personnel will be onsite and if able, will attend to immediate emergencies during the hours of 6 p.m. to 3 a.m. All other emergencies or safety requests should contact Campus Safety at (813) 257-7777.
